Our HR Manager, Serena delivers ITC’s people strategy and processes. Approachable, virtuous, and tenacious, Serena manages recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, rewards and benefits. Serena supports our people develop and grow in line with ITC’s evolution.
Some of Serenas highlights at ITC include her support in achieving Platinum accreditation in Investors in People (IIP), introducing Mental Health and Wellbeing into the business, and successfully navigating ITC through the pandemic!
Serena has shared her love of reading by running a book club for the past 10 years. She has also invested a lot of her time over the last few years in studying Christianity all whilst managing to fit in some travel, cooking and spending time with her family!
