As one of the founding members of the business, Ian Conway has been with ITC since they were founded in 1992. Serving as Managing Director for 25 years, Ian’s passion, drive and commitment to excellence saw the business grow from a team of three to the thriving to company that it is today.
Ian’s inclusive, supportive approach is a key factor behind the culture which helps ITC to thrive. Described by colleagues as ‘the heart of the business’, Ian has worked hard to create a company where people enjoy coming to work. He’s especially proud of the longstanding staff retention levels and the Gold accreditation attained with the IIP which underlines the company’s core values.
