Grainger Trust Partnership, The Glasshouse, Putney
Type: Refurbishment and fit-out
Our client the Granger Trust Partnership contracted us to construct and fit-out The Glasshouse, a four-storey building featuring 20 high quality apartments and two town houses in Putney, London.
Our largest project to date, we also carried out the enabling works of a new sub-station and the demolition of the original building, Ferry House.
The high-quality finishes within the building include luxury kitchens and bathrooms, with most apartments enjoying a private balcony. To the rear of the property are landscape gardens, with individual premises accessed via automatic entry systems from the basement car park and ground floor entrance.
The building’s structure is made from reinforced concrete and the external walls feature Sto-rendered facades. The windows and doors are powder coated aluminium, with the former featuring a polished timber effect when viewed from the inside. The penthouse accommodation also has air conditioning fitted as standard.
The show apartment was completed on schedule and three months ahead of the overall project completion date, leading to several properties being reserved in advance of the general on-sale date.
