Office refurbishment of landmark building creates beautiful and fully upgraded space.

We completed an office refurbishment and fit-out project across two floors of a 12-storey landmark building designed by John McAslan + Partners, for Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).

This project required extensive upgrades to ensure it met the aspirations of the client and future tenants. The works involved a strip-out, followed by a full CAT A fit-out of 9,876 sq ft of office space entailing flooring, suspended ceilings, decoration and repair work.

The project also involved upgrading the electrical services, and modifications to the fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

As part of the remodelling work, our team carried out selected works to the basement area to improve the facilities available to the building’s occupants. This included creating new showers, a staff room, and cycle storage facilities.

On project completion, we handed over a beautiful and fully upgraded space, ready for new tenants to move in.
