British motoring icon, Morgan Cars reinvigorate their customer experience at their Kensington showroom

Morgan Motor Company specialises in hand built British sports cars – a unique blend of charisma, craftsmanship and performance. To better reflect the essence of the brand and to better equip the company for the future, Morgan Motor Company wanted to refurbish their existing workshop space to improve their customer experience.

ITC has transformed this former stable block into a space that oozes style and sophistication. There is now a dedicated reception area, more spacious showroom and retail areas. Accessability for cutomers has also been improved. The frontages of the units have also undergone a smart refurbishment.

A responsible redevelopment

The site is located in a small commercial and residential street in Kensington. The showroom is spread across five units with residential properties both above, adjacent and opposite. The ITC team actively engaged with local residents to keep them informed about the works and ensured that noise was kept to a minimum throughout works.

A key aim of the project was to improve the energy and thermal performance of the units. We did this by increasing the levels of insulation and installing more efficient services which will help to reduce the carbon footprint of these buildings and the running costs.
