Sympathetic restoration brings Grade 1 listed building into the modern age.
We undertook the restoration and modernisation of the Education First International Language Centre in Brighton. Focussing on structural alterations, we remodelled the centre’s reception rooms, kitchens and WC facilities.
We also updated the building’s listed features and finishes, while maintaining original elements such as the eye-catching patterned tile floor in the grand entrance hall. Outside, the roof was improved, a spiral fire escape was built, and hardwood seats and planters were added to provide students and teachers with a place to rest and relax.
