Extensive refurbishment of international language school’s student residences in Hove.
We carried out the refurbishment and upgrade works to this Grade II listed building in Hove having worked on previous successful projects with Education First, including their nearby language centre in Sussex Square, Brighton.
The works include complete refurbishment of the 6 storey building plus additional mezzanine levels, together with facade and external works upgrades.
All bedrooms, toilets, kitchenettes and corridors were refurbished, together with reception and other support areas. Floor boards were taken up to replace services and pipework then reinstated to allow high level services, partitioning, joinery and finishes to be completed.
Externally works included replacement roofing, damp proofing, window refurbishments and balcony repairs, together with new drainage and reinstated paving and landscaping.
The completed works now offer a fresh and contemporary accommodation block for students, befitting of the UK’s premier language course provider.
