Refurbishment and fit-out project to provide award-winning hospital with its own Learning and Development centre.
This project saw our team transform the first and ground floors of an empty building within the Benenden Hospital site. New partitioning, fittings and furnishings created a variety of new rooms including offices, teaching spaces, kitchenettes and break out areas.
Mechanical and electrical works included the installation of new power, data, air conditioning and lighting services. Our specialists also fitted an Integrated Panelling System in the buildings new bathrooms and staff changing facilities. These made to order panels concealed the bathrooms fitted pipework whilst still allowing access for servicing and maintenance, providing a clean and seamless finish.
The project was successfully completed within a tight 20 week timeframe, incorporating additional works as and when required.
Our clients were delighted with their new facility which now hosts training courses for hospital staff and external medical practitioners. The new building has provided a quality environment to match the teaching courses it is home to.
