Projects we completed in July

168 High Street Egham refurbishment

July was a busy month for us and we completed a number of fantastic projects.

We completed three projects this month: UCLH Medical Intensive Therapy Unit (MITU), 168 High Street Egham and Tavistock House.

The UCLH project saw the refurbishment of their existing ward into a Medical Intensive Therapy Unit, including Step Down Unit, Sweat Room, Public Toilets and all associated works. The high quality finish of this project, completed right on schedule, is testament to the hard work of all those involved.

The refurbishment of 168 High Street, Egham for Runnymede Council was another prime example of excellent ITC collaborative working. The project involved a refurbishment of the ground floor restaurant and transformation of the two levels of office space above into modern flats.

Finally, at Tavistock House, we refurbished a temporary space for Camden Council to hold wedding ceremonies in until the service returns to the Town Hall in 2020/21. Works also included building new interview rooms and a back office area.
