October project updates
15th October 2018
The cold may be creeping in but it’s full steam ahead at ITC with lots of project developments. Read on to see what we’ve been up to.
Club Wembley – Entrances East & West
The ITC project team met at Wembley last month for their pre-start meeting. Works are now underway to replace the existing escalators and provide a general refurbishment of the East & West Club Wembley Entrances. This project will work to maximise space efficiency and improve the flow of people through the areas at the UK’s most iconic entertainment venue.
Runnymede Borough Council – Addlestone One
We’re currently onsite working on a CAT A retail unit fit-out for Runnymede Borough Council. This project features the installation of a lift, new shop fronts, minor M&E service head, raised access flooring and screed, plasterboard and blockwork in the existing retail units.
Big Creative Education
Refurbishments of the 1st and 2nd floor at Gnome House are on the way for Big Creative Education. ITC are creating a co-working office space, consisting of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, the demolition and installation of new partitions and installation of sanitary and kitchen units. New mechanical and electrical systems will be included throughout.
Roehampton University
We have now commenced work on an additional project at Roehampton University. We will be creating a new gatehouse at the Digby Stuart entrance with associated hard and soft landscaping. The project team recently completed a strip out and internal demolition of the Harvey Building, ground to 4th floors.
