October Project Update
6th November 2019
This month, we are pleased to have started working on a number of new projects across London.
On-site
We are thrilled to have started work for The FA at Wembley Stadium, where we will be refurbishing the East and West Club Wembley entrances to maximise space efficiency and improve the flow of people through the areas. The works will involve replacing the existing escalators, upgrading the turnstiles, including new fast lanes to the media entrance and associated tech upgrades. We will also be refreshing the interior with decoration works and a new reception desk.
As part of the Working Men’s College ‘Learning Beyond the Classroom’ project we have started work on the Open Learning Centre this month. The upgrades we are making to the space will enable the College to better meet the needs of their students, providing a hub for digital learning. The works involve the replacement of the existing raised floor to allow the introduction of cable management and a more flexible arrangement for the displacement ventilation system, new lighting and cosmetic works.
Work has also started at St Helier Hospital, where we are fitting out an existing ward as an Intensive Care Unit. The project forms part of a wider regeneration scheme at the hospital.
