November project completion
We are delighted to announce that we have completed the £2.5m transformation of the 1st and 2nd floors CAT A refurbishment of 5 Fleet Place.
ITC has refurbished this ten-story high-rise building in London as part of a project successfully delivered during the national coronavirus lockdown and managed in accordance with localised restrictions.
The extensive efforts and commitment of the ITC team means the prestigious, midtown located building now includes a modern and bright reception, lift interior, brand new WC’s on both floors, CRS showers with changing facilities within the basement, bike storage and wayfinding signage.
We’re proud to add this project to our portfolio, and to once again demonstrate our expertise in providing an outstanding solution on behalf of our clients.

Action on site
We continue to grow our portfolio within the education and leisure sector with our Godstone Farm project. Whilst undertaking work we have transformed hoardings into a giant chalk board, allowing young visitors to draw their favourite farm animals. The children can also look through the viewing windows to see the projects progress!

When working with ITC, you can be assured that you will be left with a great space, whether for work or play. We recently welcomed a new transportation hoist to our project at Breams Buildings, London. This will enable easy movement of materials on site and will be extremely helpful in the progression of stripping out and removing the plant from the current roof space.
Our team have also been kept busy with the top floor extension at 63 St. James’ road, which will be home to the buildings new board meeting room.
