New Projects

This month, ITC began a conversion project on Shakespeare Road in Finchley, for new client Hayashi Developments. This £5m project includes a two-storey vertical extension to convert office space to residential, providing new, self-contained apartments.

Additionally, we also started work on a project for Wilsons car showroom in Epsom, which involves the strip out and re-fit of the showroom, including new flooring and wall tiling, new electrical works, and a reconfiguration of their office layout.
