Starting on site in May

Works will soon begin at the Russell Building Office in Harpenden to fit-out the ground and first floor of the building and St Helier Hospital C5 Ward to deliver an strip out and refurbishment of the C5 ward. We look forward to keeping you posted after the works commence!

In other good news, we are expecting to have re-opened Wellbeck Mansions, Wandsworth College, Morley College, Fleet Place, St James road, Polka Theatre and Holmes road projects in the month of May.

April Project completions

This month we completed Marcantonio Foods project, one of UK’s largest suppliers of ice cream cones, flavourings and decorations mostly manufactured at their own factory in Barking. This £1.9m project saw refurbishment and alterations to create a new production area, new administration and welfare area.

ITC are also delighted to announce the C2 Intensive Care unit at St. Helier hospital has been completed five weeks ahead of schedule. With the ICU fully operational, the NHS are now able to care for more Incoming patients with COVID-19.

Action on site

We are currently on site at the University College London Royal Free, refurbishing of a number of rooms to create general laboratory space, category 2 laboratory space and an imaging laboratory along with office facilities.

We are also working at the London Fire Commissioner, this project has seen some extensive ground, structural and office refurbishment works with a few unique requirements.
