July 2019 Project Update

4th July 2019

New Project wins

Since our last update in May we’re delighted to announce that we’ve won six fantastic new projects in the education sector.

These include refurbishment works at Hall School in Wimbledon, the creation of a Nurses’ training facility and ground floor café for returning client Buckinghamshire New University and a new library remodelling project for Birkbeck University, to help them create a central hub for student engagement and a first floor ‘Student Zone’.

We also can’t wait to begin works at the University of the Arts, London, on three campuses with a contract value of £1.8m. We’ll be helping the university fit out their New Academic Building and refurbish sections of the Victorian Building at their Camberwell site, as well as refurbish their studios in Chelsea and at their Wimbledon location, where we’ll help them provide new perfomance spaces.

The variety of these projects demonstrates a range of our expertise and experience in the education sector, and we’re looking forward to working with these institutions to provide their students with the latest learning facilities.

Projects onsite

As new projects come in, others transfer onto site under the expert supervision of our Site Managers. Since our last project update we’ve commenced works at Queens Square for UCLH, where we are carrying out a refurbishment of their MSR (Magnetically Shielded Room).

We’re also onsite at Crosfield House for Croydon Council, and are well into our larger projects at Welbeck Mansions and Polka Theatre!
