ITC’s Monthly Project Update – April 2021

April has flown by! It has been another busy month for the ITC team, making great progress on all of our sites.
New Projects
We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed on two really exciting projects this month across the leisure and education sectors.
We will be working with British motoring icons The Morgan Motor Company, refurbishing their Kensington show rooms. Located in a quaint central London mews, we will be reconfiguring the internal layout of 5 commercial units to create an exceptional show room customer experience, along with refurbishing the frontages to create a more unified design.
We are looking forward to working with Croydon College again, with work commencing in May. We will be transforming an existing event space into a state-of-the-art Clinical Simulation Centre, which will provide the very best training facilities for aspiring healthcare professionals.
Project completions
We are delighted to have been able to hand over Godstone Farm’s new Nursery and Cafe and Smyth’s Toy Store’s retail unit, at Peninsular Retail Park in Charlton this month, in time for the government restrictions lifting, enabling two of our clients to re-open for business. A great effort from the team.
Action on-site in April
This month we started our site set up at Philbeach Gardens in Kensington, refurbishing an existing hotel into 21 apartments for short and long stay lets.
Great progress has been made at 63 St. James where the project is nearing completion. The building façade has undergone an intense clean and the scaffolding removed this month to reveal the stunning exterior of the building. We can’t wait to reveal the equally stunning interior soon!
Great progress has been made at ICR under our framework agreement. We handed over two projects this month at both their Sutton and Chelsea sites.
