ITC’s biggest project to date

We are delighted to announce that ITC has won its biggest tender to date and will be acting as the contractor at Maplewood in Chineham Park, Basingstoke on a project worth £9 million.

The full CAT A refurbishment of this commercial office space will begin next Monday on the 22 October and is scheduled for completion in May next year. Project Manager Nick Hoy will lead the team whose work will include demolishing the chamber building, installing new walkways and staircases and relocating the existing front entrance to create a new glazed full-height entrance feature and new reception and atrium area.

Sustainability and environmental responsibility is integral to our projects and Maplewood will be completed to BREEAM standards.
