Investors In People Gold Accreditation
17th November 2017
We are delighted to announce that, once again, we’ve been awarded the prestigious Investors In People Gold, following our recent assessment.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management. The framework is used across 75 countries worldwide and assess a company’s ability to successfully lead, manage and support its people.
ITC is among the exclusive 1.5% of organisations that have been assessed globally that have been awarded the bodies’ Gold Standard.
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said:
“We’d like to congratulate ITC Concepts, Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. ITC Concepts should be extremely proud of their achievement.”.
The IIP judged ITC to be consistently above industry benchmarks for the construction sector, and was praised for cultivating a ‘culture of continuous improvement.’ This is the second time that ITC has been awarded a Gold accreditation – the Gold standard was first awarded to the company in 2013. Prior to this, ITC was IIP first accredited in 2010.
This great news follows on from our award win at the Croydon Business Excellence Awards last month where we were named Best Business for Employee Training and Development.
ITC Director, Nick Conway, commented:
‘We are delighted to receive the Investors In People Gold accreditation for the second time. At ITC we value our people above all else and credit them with the success of our company over the past 25 years.
“In this industry, it’s vital that you build strong, collaborative and empowered teams. This helps ensure that health and safety is prioritised, communication flows effectively, and collaborative working is placed at the front and centre of all operations. We’re delighted that IIP have recognised the extent to which we’ve prioritised and invested in this at ITC Concepts.”
