Inspiring the next generation

This month, Managing Director Nick Conway and Marketing Coordinator Kayleigh Moore attended Riddlesdown Collegiate’s job fair, held at Woodcote High School. It was a fantastic opportunity for Nick and Kayleigh to talk about the opportunities and innovation in the industry and challenge some of the students’ perceptions about careers in construction.

It was very encouraging that many students they spoke to were looking into apprenticeships and courses to put them on the right track for careers in architecture, surveying, engineering and essential trades. The right training is an important part of any career and at ITC we’re proud to actively help our team members progress not only in experience but qualifications. To date, we’ve supported 10 team members through university and have helped many more gain the important qualifications they need.
