Ian Conway: Looking back over the past 25 years

18th May 2018

I’ve been Managing Director of ITC Concepts for the past 25 years. From our first invoice for £60, to the thriving SME we are today, I’ve witnessed our incredible, exponential expansion. It’s been a complete honour and privilege to see our company grow in people, projects and position in the industry.

Over the last quarter of a century, we’ve had the opportunity to tackle challenging yet highly rewarding projects and establish strong relationships with clients. Whether it’s working on the London Eye or refurbishing study spaces for one of our many education sector clients, we bring the same passion and quality commitment to each and every project.

This brand refresh is not a departure from ITC’s long tradition and core values. Rather it is a continuation of what we do best: never settling and constantly looking for opportunities to innovate.

Our pioneering use of new technology and methods of communication have allowed us to be at the forefront of the industry. It’s a position we want to keep and this brand evolution reflects that.

However, I’m most proud of what hasn’t changed in the last 25 years. A company culture which values each staff member and believes power comes from collective collaboration has been essential in the companies growth to date. This ethos will guide the business forward in the next 25 years, and beyond. We have taken an evolutionary approach with our values, building on the existing values to create the new: believe in our people; believe in our work; and believe in being better.
