ITC’s Latest Project Update – February 2020

5th February 2020

January’s been and gone, but our project progress continues!

New Projects

ITC are delighted to have been appointed by the Institute of Cancer Research to carry out the internal alteration and finishing of the new EM suite.  We will be starting on site soon.

Another project soon to commence is at the Peninsular Retail Park, for a façade upgrade to an existing retail unit.

63 St James’s Street, where we will be delivering an extensive CAT A refurbishment of existing property including extension to top floor to form meeting room and rooftop terrace.

St Helier Hospital is undergoing major works, and ITC are pleased to be involved in the transformation. In addition to an Intensive Care Unit project we had been working on since last year, we are now working on two additional ward spaces for the trust.

We have recently started works for Pacific Dragon Investment Company at 5 Fleet Place to deliver a CAT A refurbishment of their offices.
