Celebrating length of service at ITC

At ITC we love celebrating the time our team members have been with us and all they’ve brought to the company.

Last month Manuals Co-ordinator Michelle Wilsdon and Financial Controller and Company Secretary Christine Evans celebrated an amazing 20 years here at ITC – an incredible achievement! We also recognised Project Manager Darren King’s 10 year anniversary with the business in August too.

At ITC we believe our people are our greatest asset and that their personal successes build our overall achievement. It’s this philosophy that resulted in our Investors in People Gold accreditation, awarded last November, with the judges commenting:

“ITC have consciously created a culture of continuous improvement with collaborative working at the heart of what they do. There is a hard-working ethos here, but also honesty and trust and genuine friendliness and this comes from the top”.

Although such industry recognition is fantastic, what we’re perhaps most proud of are the statistics themselves. The fact that team members stay with us on average for an incredible eight years is testament to our company ideals and values.
