The role – Contracts Manager

We are looking for a new Contracts Manager who will be a key asset in our newly formed team, run by the Project Director, working alongside the Quantity Surveyor, Project Managers and Site Managers as the team develops. The applicant will need to have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with proven client liaison experience, A minimum of 15 years’ experience from within Construction, 5 years as a contracts manager and 5 years’ experience from a major reputable construction company.
They will be used to producing project progress reports and presenting them at client meetings and chairing sub-contract meetings. They will need to have strong Health & Safety bias. An extensive knowledge and experience of construction processes, project planning with ASTA, be well versed in JCT and NEC forms of contracts and fit in well with a well organised company supported by robust procedural systems.
