Building great projects together
As highly skilled fit-out and interior refurbishment specialists, we work for major brands across the commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, residential, retail, transport and public sectors.
Delivering a highly integrated service personalised to your needs, our people-centric approach means we get jobs completed on time and within budget – from the most straightforward to the complex.
Building success collaboratively
We have customer focus at our heart and work hard to ensure we not only achieve their goals, but offer an enjoyable experience throughout. Our relationships with consultants and our long standing, specialist supply chain are in place to meet our clients’ needs. Customer satisfaction is paramount – and evident from our high levels of repeat business.
You can put your trust in us
Our risk-managed attitude to growth means we take a measured approach – we want you to feel safe in the knowledge you can really trust us. Our business is solidly founded on security and capability, with all decisions assessed in detail to ensure consistency of delivery.
As a minimal-risk company, we’re great to do business with – our industry leading rating from Dunn & Bradshaw makes sure of it. We recognise that the more joined-up we are internally as an organisation, the smoother an experience we can give externally to our clients.
Our PIP (project information management) platform, developed with Union Square strengthens our consolidated approach to each project; ensuring we have a strong grasp on our team members and supply chain. Similarly, our financial department and commercial team connect through EVision construction accounting software; bringing together our commercial, financial and operational processes.
“Thanks for all the hard work and commitment from your team; a truly considerate contractor delivering this project in a fully occupied office… Attention to detail and pride in delivery at each stage has resulted in a top-quality finish.”

Since we started in 1992, supporting our local area and the people within it has been integral to our values. As part of our people-focussed approach, we make it a priority to give back – which can range from raising money through mufti days and sponsored events, to sponsorship of young sportspeople and providing work experience for local students.
We’re also keen advocates of our staff’s personal causes, which run the gamut of volunteer work, charity events, and training. And it’s not just financial support we offer – we’ve wrapped presents in shopping centres at Christmas time for the Royal Marsden, performed tree surgery for the BTCV, and gardened for the CHASE hospice in Guildford.
Each year we focus on a charity nominated by our staff and in recent years, these have included the Lisa Thaxter Trust, several specialist schools, the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust, Guide Dogs UK (where we sponsored the training of three guide dog puppies) and the Shooting Star CHASE hospice care for children and teenagers, for whom we raised more than £11,000.
Our current nominated charity is the Sutton & Croydon Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, located just a few miles from ITC. As well as raising funds for them, we carry out minor maintenance work on a regular basis, and have recently supported them with a planning application for extension of the centre.
