Similarly, our financial department and commercial team connect through EVision construction accounting software; bringing together our commercial, financial and operational processes.

Since we started in 1992, supporting our local area and the people within it has been integral to our values. As part of our people-focussed approach, we make it a priority to give back – which can range from raising money through mufti days and sponsored events, to sponsorship of young sportspeople and providing work experience for local students.
We’re also keen advocates of our staff’s personal causes, which run the gamut of volunteer work, charity events, and training. And it’s not just financial support we offer – we’ve wrapped presents in shopping centres at Christmas time for the Royal Marsden, performed tree surgery for the BTCV, and gardened for the CHASE hospice in Guildford.
Each year we focus on a charity nominated by our staff and in recent years, these have included the Lisa Thaxter Trust, several specialist schools, the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust, Guide Dogs UK (where we sponsored the training of three guide dog puppies) and the Shooting Star CHASE hospice care for children and teenagers, for whom we raised more than £11,000.
Our current nominated charity is the Sutton & Croydon Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, located just a few miles from ITC. As well as raising funds for them, we carry out minor maintenance work on a regular basis, and have recently supported them with a planning application for extension of the centre.
